Basically, as rough as it sounds i got an angle grinder and just kept grinding away the metal arch lip and plastic where it was catching the tire until they stopped catching, them just brushed over the bare metal with some waxoyl.

Been a while since i posted as was having a bit of a downer with the car.

Well the new wheels are fitted so washed and polished it today.



















Car was polished using new Dodo Juice AIO Need for Speed on the Megs G220 Duel Action machine, well impressed with it.

Not too sure, although i have been considering it, deffo not on the bootlid as i didn't like that but may do the sides.

i think you should…  for me a mk1 gti with arches needs the lower stripes to look right.. personal taste though and all
