id stop the bloody welsh giving away money in free prescriptions for everyone regardless and university grants that the rest of the uk don't get, yet are having to pay into so the welsh can have them as they are all a lazy bunch of layabouts.

no, it just needs the money to be spent properly and doctors and nurses to use abit of common sense to stop making mistakes that cost more money. you dont see private healthcare with the same problems, their service is 1st class!

 its very easy to get wound up wiv everything in this country, so i'm jus gonna move abroad, to dubai, where you dont pay tax

How do you spend it properly then? Its an organisation with approx 1 million staff, some of them are good, some aren't. This includes the managers and finance people etc who decide what money goes where and specifically what its spent on. Its not as easy to say "spend it properly" because its obvious its the right thing to do, but specifically how to do it??? And how to train people to spend money properly? etc

People get emotive about healthcare and the NHS but its not doing such a bad job, compared to other countries (USA for example, and look at how many immigrants seek out and come to the UK specifically for treatment!)
