3 bumpers including this one to get a good one at the end.
Rusty iron and damaged lower spoiler removed. I also cut out the holes for the fogs as this bumper had them blanked.
Keyed it then got 2 tins of tornado on there. Got the final rub down and a couple more coats then I should be done.

I'm still trying to get the pics of this work.
Rear axel was cleaned up and painted, new eibach fitted, power flex bushes, new brake lines and flexes.
The mod I was most chuffed about was fitting polo rear stub axels with there sealed cartridge bearings. This means when I change the disc it just comes off like a front disk does. Plus the centre bearing cone is flat so I can get my centre caps on my team dynamics 15" they were fitted with brand new genuine discs, pads and the dust cover plates.
These bad boys started seizing on me so it was time to go.
Picked up a set in the scrappies yesterday. £25 each which is better than some.
Side by side and the banjo conversion pipe.
No time for paint just yet
And on it goes
It's amazing how quickly discs look old!! Leave it sitting for a wk and they look rotten lol.. Theve been nearly 6 months to be fair!
Notice the flat bearing cover.
Front mount and short shift
Fitted a front solid engine mount iv had sitting… What a difference this makes!!! The engine doesn't feel like its going to rip itself out now. Plus the engine cover doesn't rub off the bonnet on tilt nor does the rear boost pipe fowl the strut brace. There is zero vibration I think is actually better. So happy days.. The quick shift might get fitted today as I never had time last night and couldn't see haha…

Its easy done on the motorway nothing touches it! 5th feels like a 3rd but on normal jonts taking away from lights etc it would probably get nipped off a 1.1smudger1980 said
