We are thinking of having the cars parked on the Tarmac area away from the tents so once you've pitched, drivers move them to the parking area.
That makes for a quieter time, less cars moving about near the tents and sleeping area and more chance to look at them over the weekend.
Don't worry about leaving the cars on the site - there's plenty of room!!!
We'll be thrashing out the details in the coming months so stay tuned.
Cheers for the info Dano. I'm probably going to book the official campsite down there tbh. Mrs wants a decent shower !

The showers were brilliant in 2011 and 2012. If not, she can get the hose pipe and spray me with it!!! :wink:

Pre-book tickets are preferred by us who are organising the event becuse we can guage things to be bought in for the weekend.
The mini site will be prepared in the New Year and tickets will go on sale towards April/ May time.

We have quite a bit to sort out in the morning Ed, deliveries arriving and a general catch up to ensure that the race course and us know what we're doing.
I'd be keen to keep a 2pm gate opening because it gives US time to get there and prepare for everyone else's arrival. If we're not ready then it'll be a nightmare booking people in and pointing to respective camping areas.
