Thanks smudger, I'lm impressed myself with how the charge pipes turned out

I went down to the body shop to see the car in its final stage before paint, it's looking sweet. Painting commences on the weekend so ill be up again short as progress happens, I'll throw some pics up on the weekend :-D

True story lol… I've noticed this aswell, funny thing is my painter is called Bert too and I was confused for a nano second thinking what was going on lol! I spoke to the guy and he says the body prep is complete and trust me… It needed a brave bit due to a slight warp in the bootlid due to the deleted push button and the new arches! But he's painting it tomorrow with its first coat in scuba blue… Interesting times lol

i am just about to put a load of pics on mine that i just have not had time to upload. take a peak. i am just really glad yours is a jetta and in a different colour as i thought you would have been going red. you will understand why when you have a look

Yes your right Dan, standing away from the original colours and doing something different, with the exception of porsche and lambo colours which have been done to death lol….. any how heres a bit of something to moisten your appetites

OMG I've been down to see the car before the wet sanding starts and was I gob smacked !!! because I didn't expect it to be that good, berts done a fantastic job, really he has done his best, so once the wet sanding is almost finished, I'm going to start installing the window regulators and the side windows, I've got 30 days to have it built completely for edition 38, exhaust made and do the legal business! I can do this! Lol p.s uploading pictures now
