I still see and hear from Walt. He's recently done a mega ICE install in the cabby. Top quality components and all that can be put in/taken out without marking it!!
It cost more than some members whole cars!!!  
Madness!!  

He left because of comments from ill informed people….. In his opinion. 

Nice to hear he's still about and got the Rivage still. Give him my regards next time you see him Dano please

x5pea did 'nt he spend like 40K on his MK1 then pull it apart after 1 show season?? and Stevie think has dropped right out the VW scene think he settled down and had offspring so has his hands full!!!

X5pea had all Bentley stuff on the MK1.
I remember a right kerfuffle when he stripped and then sold the shell. One potential purchaser pointed out it was no good as it wasn't MOT able, because it had no wipers at all. Inability to clear the windscreen by mechanical means. I think he some other cars featured in a vw mag and sure I saw something on YouTube. 

Does anyone remember Bob Smith?

He owned a standard red Campaign A960VUU that won the best standard hatchback at the 21st Anniversary in 2004.
