Got to say you guys have gone all the way with your projects looking amazing... I have not gone this deep in to mine keeping it old and as untouched as possible with only the engine changed. Mayb i will have a full restro project one day when i have the space. keep up good work guys.

The AEB conversion isn't as straight forward as the AGU but it can be done :)

It Runs!!!!

After some head scratching, including a dodgy relay, some wiring and a broken fuel pump. I am the very proud owner of a new Mk1 Gofl AEB Turbo

Hi mate. I'm hoping for the AGM. I'm really pushing hard to try and get things finished but being honest im struggling on cash. Not too mention the misses clutch went on her Pug :)

Thanks for all the great supportive comments their guys. Hopefully what i've learned i will be able to pass onto other people if they decide todo this conversion..

I will most probably will do an official AEB right up at a later date.

FYI AL - I actually borrowed this idea, and tweaked it some what - http://www.modifiedcars.com/gallery/2010/Modified_Nationals/high_161.jpg

Instead of blocking up the rest of the holes, i want to keep it factory incase anyone decides to put a bumper back on :)
