Sunday i hoovered Madame out cos she was full of GRASS (WTF!) and little tiny bits of gravel and fag ash (oopsy!) and erm. thats it! nothing like you busy little boys!

Please don't call me fella- its deeply insulting to one whom is no such thing! ;)

Noticed i had blown a brake light on the way home. Took panel off to change it and found the cause of the electric hood not working properly. Hydraulic oil all over the place behind the trim. Oh well saved me searching for the problem and will be helping keep any rust at bay in the meantime!  :)

Thumb valve on the passenger was open any way as the roof has never had enough oomph to lift itself back up so had just left it open and going manually on the odd occasion its been nice enough to drop the hood. Leak is coming from the drivers side ram somewhere though  :dontknow:

There's been a lot of high gusts of wind and freezing cold rain here.

Been out twice to tie the tarp back down over the mk1. Last time just now and I piled a load of stuff on.

Rear panel is off and the car is on axle stands at the rear so I hoping that

A. The tarp does not blow away/flap like a bastard and get neighbours round.

or

B. A gust of breeze does not go in the back of the car and whip it off the stands!

 :banghead:  :banghead:

remember not to fill it to the max whilst the roof is up though!
