*Women* Driving in heels..

does anyone else have the issue of knees/steering wheel interface achieved when driving in heels?
i can deal with it, jsut a little annoying sometimes with the standard wheel, but i did take my small wheel off and put a 4 button on.. so it's my choice!!!

jsut wondered if anyone else has he same issue??

the only pair of shoes iv discovered i cant drive in are wooden wedges cos they have like 2 inches of  wood between the sole of my foot and the pedal! lol. well i can drive but its dangerous! i have a pair of flipflops under the passenger seat for such emergencies, as i am informed its illegal to drive barefoot?? how a policeman knows is beyond me!!!!!

I drive in heels all the time, no problem, but I prefer trainers.

Apparantly it is illegal to drive barefoot, but it's horrible anyway!

Didn't know you couldn't drive yet Wendy, bet you can't wait now you've got Bluey!!  8)

There's probably a weird ass law that you can only drive in socks if they're those tote non slip ones…. oh and you have to have a bail of hay in your boot whilst trying to lick your own elbow  8O

There really are some weird laws still holding true in Britain!!

I dont have the high heels issue, but at 6'4" my knees hit the steering wheel anyway, so i get used to driving with feet at funny angles, comes in handy at times tho as motorway cruising can be done by steering by knee..

i used to drive i socks all the time in the assortment of rep mobiles i drove for work. you get very adept at putting shoes on without using your hands.
