cheer ill have to stick to the only way i know ,,,homemade    a few more updates
a little more done this after hopeing to have a full day it 2moz,,,
just the anti rool bar to sort and a driveshaft and thats the rear axle fitted done for the time been ..
added a few bars and welded a few things up

added a couple of strengthers


and thought ive just time to sort that rear rottern arch out ,

will look spot on once ground up and painted,,

also im a little un happy ,as i can gain a good 2inch lower now ,but because of the strengh of the mk4 rear springs ive fitted it wont sit as low as it should ,,,so its either thow some lowering springs on and adapt these buggers to the rear ,,nice air shockers lol ,adjustable ride right then,

nothing done 2day due to wheather so ive gone for more airflow so went and got this baby ,,,first my old one showing on the left and new one on the right

a nice holset hx40w with 4inch in and 4inch out lol ,,,,,

yes its big ,may take a bit of fitting thow lol ,,,

so a trail fit is needed….these buggars will thow out 44psi ,,my aim is anything or 15psi to 25psi which is 500bhp on these engines

i reckon i can make somert for it to work lol

And 500 bhp in that thing will be savage, reckon it will all hold together?

with all that box section? id say it will stay together

yes its off a big engine ,ie gas turbine etc ,,but as its going on a smaller faster reving lump ,it can tripple the engines lift ,just spools a little later ,and heres a compresor map ,,,it can run 44psi ekkk,i only need anything from 10/25psi which is 5oobhp ,,,well if it dont then i reckon i should feel it ,,,,,rumble rumble bang ,i know the runing gear is strong as ive seen this setup run from 200/700bhp thew them ,mental,,

not mutch im affraid due to wheather

Might want to sleeve and weld that shaft - If you cut the sleve on an angle it'll be stonger too.

hi rich ,tbh ,im runing another welded drives same idea on a 300bhp ,shoveing over a ton ,and shes had a fair amount of track pull ,never had a prob and thats 2wd ,,plus the big turbo wont be as snappy as the small one so that ill save shearing gearboxs,drives,clutchers etc ,plus ill be makeing differnerr manifold so the turbo spools a bit better and just got the compressor map ,,

That's cool - you've obviously thought about it and have the experience.  Roll on the 4WD - love your get it done approach.

not really mostly common sense ,yearh just rip into it lol out with the old 1.6d/4spd/rear leaf spring 2wd ,and fit the 6spdv6/24v turbo /4wd system lmao,,,,was funny 2day ,had a a frame fixed to caddy and went for a tow up road with laptop and web cam checking for faults ,lol  no funny wobles ,and nought fell off ,,,lol

finished the drive shafts of 2day ,,,
/that them done and fitted
and started on makeing a pulse manifold to help spool my big turbo up ,

its nothing to droll about at mo,until itslooking more solid with a few bits on it

bean a mechanic the parts lying around and the putting it all together is more interesting than actually seeing it finished a no am weird lol if theirs any parts that you need like wings and stuff just gis a shout as iv got like three mk1's worth of parts all over ma house, garden and attick  lol

i offered to help because i dont no anyone in donny who's in to vw's need to get into the comunity.

ill need a complete lock set some idiot nicked my keys ,unsure if yove a pair of decent doors mine are rottern think 4dr fit/and a wiper moter lol

right made a hour free night so made a collector ,,and let me tell ya ,trying make 6 outlets into a t3 flange …stressfull lol as usely t3 are made for 4 outlets,but i like to prove they can be fitted lol



bingo thats that bit sorted ,and i have to use a 44mm wastegat too as u can see the larger pipe

i think anything can be made done fitted lol cheers alittle update here
