long over due update
hit a pot hole and destroyed 2 ats cups despite claiming of kent council they sent me a letter saying the roads are checked regular so wont pay out heres the damage not this also cracked the windscreen
so i then needed a set of wheels and these badboys came up
dare i say rare as hens teeth although they look like cups they are actualy completely different
on the car pics i think they look swish lol
so the next job was to fit the newly aquired mk2 grey leathers after some fettling by mrs bens_cab the rear seats were intsalled just need some slight adjusment but you get the idea
in the car
so all this was last year and if you look at the last page you will see i put a new gearbox in well it needs another so got one prepped to fit
also ive now fitted the ko3s just need to swap the injectors and fpr for a 4bar badboy then its off to toyotec for mapping so its currently running again until i get the mot this week then ill swap the gearbox for the new one along with a new clutch undecided which clutch to get at the moment
also got
gizzmo boost controller ordered
oil catch tank to fit
alloy header tank fitted
then i need to clean the interior as it got damp in the garage check out the mess ive got to clean yummy
ill update this once its been mapped may even get a video of the man toyotec in action lol

I often here of You guys using complete looms and ECU's when Your'l changing to bigger motors. Have Yourl never heard of management systems like Dicktator and Gotech. These are easy installs and reliable too. The Dicktator system for a 20 V motor runs a 60 - 2 trigger and is sharp.

old vs new the shorter ones are the new 320cc ones i needed to fit which i did with a little modding to the fuel rail
rail bolted down heres the issue rail doesnt reach injectors so chop the mounting points of and reweld in new location

all back together and running that tapping is the injectors clicking noisey little buggers lol
oil catch tank fitted roughly need an extra mount position then a T-piece to plumb it in

the car now does a 14.1 1/4mile at the pod which at the time was great seeming as it was on a very rich map and running 1bar . now running 1.2 bar and about to be mapped again so this should see the times plummit
2Y 16v gearbox purchased
new coilovers
16v organic fast road clutch
3.2 kg flywheel on its way lol
recently had a rolling road day where it all went a bit wrong due to the clutch slipping came away with a car only capable of putting down 205bhp so all the above was ordered to resolve a few issues
couple of videos from the rollers and some photos
