Mk1 compensator on a mk1 caddy

so i am just checking this is the right ports and spring angle. The pic is upside down as to see the ports. I have seen that a few people have done this so I am checking I am doing it right and if anyone has done this before I would appreciate any tips and things to look out for

Didn't rubjonny write up a "how to fit a Mk2 compensator to a Mk1", maybe it can be adapted for caddy.

Didn't rubjonny write up a "how to fit a Mk2 compensator to a Mk1", maybe it can be adapted for caddy.
There was nothing on it when I got it so learning as I go

I think it was part of his build thread - I've seen it, but I don't think it was a dedicated how-to.

Abfmk1 I've made the bracket from sheet steel, gonna be setting it up tomorrow if I can.
