After market seat frames advice

Hi guys,

Bought Rich Hills Vabric seats and want to mount them so they are height adjustable / slide forward and backwards.

I could buy Corrado seat frames and weld up a mounting base but are there any off the shelf alternatives that could be easily modded. Don't really want to bolt anything to the floor. I want to use stock rails and fittings.

I've seen Recaro make VW Golf Mk1 Direct Fit Sub-frames. Does anyone have these and what are your experience of them? I think MR_LONG had some?

Are there any alternatives?

You can just buy my frames if you like mate.
