Norfolk.....

We are trying to restart the norfolk CGTI/general VW meet.

It has kind of died out in Norfolk, but having chatted with a good friend of mine we have thought about a meet up at the bird in hand at wreningham on the 23rd of august the then maybe the last thursday each month. The Bird in Han is great for car clubs… used to holding the Lotus cars clubs meets, has a big car park and great food if you want anything to eat…

meet up at 19.00 onwards would be good to catch u

Aha,was wondering what had happened round these parts! what about the cherry tree? did that fizzle out or something?

The cherry tree kind of stopped… people moved on… It got to the point where core of the club was drfiting and it was becoming more of a cruise… we tried to get it going at the begining of the year again and there was enthusiasm initially but as summer came along it became more difficult especially as alot of us now have family and other commitments!

This time there is some new guidance/enthusiam from Mike (miggs) to get something going again…. and I am all for that!
