Congrats mate and to be honest if that was mine I wouldn't be able to get in the car because my head wouldn't fit!      

Thanks all I've just bought it and pick it up after my hols.

Its a 31k car which was parked up by its owner in 1986 and then apart from being rolled in and out of the garage, it never came back out until 2013.

It has history upto when it went away and then full photographic detail of restoration.

It was only resprayed due to lacquer fade but no rust and no welding carried out.

It's completely rebuilt with underside sealed, rear beam stripped and powder coated, all new braking system, all new suspension system, all new fuel lines.

Engine rebuilt and new clutch. Everything refurbed to the Pepsi.

Interior was immaculate so just re installed after full shell respray.

All usual areas waxoyled in doors etc. Inner wings all painted etc etc etc

It got second place at Stanford Hall this year in concours and win Vw show in Essex last weekend.
