80s Hot Hatch Car Enthusiasts Wanted - UPDATED INFO

Hey all,

We have been contacted by Love Productions who are looking for the below, to be a part of their show, if you'd like to get involved with this and represent the club, please email me on marketing vwgolfmk1 .org.uk and I will pass you their details!

Love productions are currently working on the second series of For The Love of Cars. The series follows the restoration of the nations most loved cars, alongside a bit of history and general information surrounding the car! For the next series we are looking at families of cars, for example the 80s Hot Hatch. We would love to get in contact with passionate 80s Hot Hatch enthusiasts who display a keen interest and extensive knowledge of the cars who fall under this family. Ideally individuals will also own a 80s Hot Hatch and be more than happy to bring it along with them.

Thanks for the offer but I don't know if my 1.1 and 1.3 would be classed as a 'hot hatch'  plus they might not be on the road soon enough to be involved in the show!

They're a big company mate (work for channel 4 shows) I'm sure if you were the right man for the job they'd send someone your way - worth a shot if you're interested

They're advertising everywhere - twitter, magazines etc - so would be hard to keep it to paid members, they're just looking for people who like the cars, not necessarily from a club
