MK1 vr6 help

I'm doing a very mk1 swap (trying) I need some advice 

What shif towers and cables can I use? 

What radiator can I use 

I had someone tell me I need to modify the diesel fuel tank so it will work with petrol? Can anyone explain, 

What fuel pump can I use?

1. g60/corrado/passat/mk3 02a or mk4 02j, need tower on box to match what you go with

2. corrado vr6 probably closest fit, try mk3 one if you got it

3. no need for that. can mk1 tintop gti, or use carb tank with post-84 cab.rocco/g40 shape polo lift pump and swirl pot,
