What else do you own?
Ok, I'm new around here, and I know this is a mk1 forum, but I was just wondering what other dubs/cars you all own (if any)?
I'll start…
I have this…(Juicey - as seen on Blue Peter recently!)…
and this is my gti…

Well we've got one or two…
Here's a recent piccie of the drive.
Presently we have:
My everyday Imp (photographed here at our old house)
Our "characterful" 1978 Mk1 1500GLS
My new 1983 GTi
My wife, Vick's, 1963 Imp we rescued from a field where it had previously sat for 14years (took a year's resto to get it this good)
I'm waiting to move my beloved BMW 2002 up from my mother-in-law's house on the south coast. Here it is when last on the road last year.
I've also got a few Imps in storage at various places around the country. I think its something like five at the last count, but I can't quite remember…. :dontknow:

Well I have a Vauxhall Cavalier 2.0 16v CDX that i really should get rid of, but it's just too damn reliable and comfy to drive. Mind you, chances of passing another MOT are minimal considoring in 2 1/2 years of owning it I've only spent abour ?300 keeping it on the road!!

Here's my daily driver - '93 Audi 80 Avant 2.0 16v (ACE) engine, which some of you will have seen at Gaydon.
I've been a bit quiet on the site as I've just returned from a two week(ish) holiday in it, where the wife & I drove 6958 kms (about 4300 miles) through the UK, Holland, Germany, Austria, to Italy (Tuscany), and back again…
'twas great fun, and I can confirm that she'll still do the top speed* in the handbook (200km/h - 125mph).
Sadly, I only saw one hard-top Mk1 Golf in all that distance (a series two Golf L on the autobahn), and about three or four cabbys…
*on the no-speed-limit sections of the A8 Autobahn between Stuttgart & Munich.
