Suspension advice

You just use the top mounts they come with. No standard stuff is used. No point using coltech raisers with them, I don't think you can anyways unless you lose the camber top mounts.

As for the camber adjust bolts, I've always just set the strut square and kept the same bolts in there. Just adjust camber from the top.

Very nice ride Capoach.  Love the colour!

I'm very pleased with my recently fitted GAZ Coilover kit which I got a decent discount on via Larkspeed's Ebay store.  These are made on order and it takes about 6 - 7 weeks for delivery.  You can also order them directly from GAZ.

I also fitted new suspension rubbers and mounts that I sourced from Heritage parts.

Being coil overs, you can set the ride heigh of course, but I've gone for -10mm from factory.

Hi, how are you getting on with these? They're nearly £300 cheaper than BC. Is the ride ok/comfortable on the softer setting?

I like their disclaimer:

NOTE: These kits can obtain much lower ride heights for show purposes only but the vehicle should not be driven at these levels as the steering & drive shaft joints can lock out!!!
All GAZ units are fully serviceable.

To me that says Ca-Ca will occur at a lower ride height on a Bumpy road.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Where are my DIY Links?

I read that as, you can drop 65mm 'safely' but any lower is for show only. I certainly won't be getting near 65mm anyway!
