Could be detrimental to classic cars as a whole, not just the mk1. Motoring is already expensive but just imagine the increased cost to the average London driver.

Used train to the capital a few times for work in last couple of years £249 return from South Yorks, even ticket office bloke nearly fell off his chair at the price…..
Sooo.... Londonistan is its own country and can do what it wants, doesn't effect the other 95% (by area) of rest of country.
Interest rates will soon increase and the artificial property bubble will finally burst in the SE (or Labour get in and build millions of new homes) and the housing market will correct itself they won't have any traffic on the roads to worry about.
Or the UKIP effect means we stop worrying about EU rules that bring about this madness.
