Looking for a garage/mechanic near Blairgowrie and another in/near Glasgow

Does anyone know of a good mechanic or garage near Blairgowrie? Could even be Perth or Dundee. Need someone to replace the calipers on my 78' GLS I've had it to two different places near Glasgow and they had it for 6 months and still couldn't fix them. I also need a garage/mechanic in or around the Glasgow area for when I'm down that way, will be for another GLS and my 20v Turbo 82' GTi will be needing engine and electrical and brakes work done. Any advice on where to go would be appreciated. Cheers!
