Fuel tank return pipe

Does anyone have a part number for this pipe or can point me in the right direction to get one?

Every thing that connects to the tank is usually a rubber hose (fuel rated, and now-a-days ethanol rated). The tank should have a metal barbed fitting out of it. So if that hose is leaking then is it the hose/clamp/tank nipple that is the issue (sorry for the non-PC term) tank port.

IIRC that is 5/16 hose maybe a tad smaller as in 1/4 .
