In respect of the carbs (Kawasaki ZX9R) there are 3 No. wires coming from them, colours are:
Blue
Black
Yellow
What do I need to connect them to?
I've got a bike fuel pump which I'll be fitting at the back of the car (as I've read the pump is better at pushing fuel along the lines rather than pulling it along!?), it's got 2 wires coming from it, one black and one red, I assume I need an earth (or fuel pump relay earth trigger) and ignition live to run to it?
I'll be putting an inline fuel filter between the tank and the fuel pump however I've got a GTI petrol tank (which reading through other posts may in fact be a diesel tank!?) with an internal swirl pot fitted, do I need either a sender unit or lift pump?
The original sender unit from the carbed tank doesn't fit because of the swirl pot!
Is there a best / recommended throttle cable / linkage for the carbs? Most websites I've seen just say using a universal cable with solderless nipple would be sufficient?

for the pump i believe they cut out automatically if you crash or when the carbs dont need any more fuel, if so you can just feed it with ignition live. otherwise assuming its the later ce2 blade fusebox I would fit a kjet fuel relay to slot 2 and feed the p[ump from E/14, or you could use the large spade N with an inline fuse. GSF stock the relay you need part number 935VG0090

So this is what I need for the tank then?

And that will clear the internal swirl pot?
Yeah I'm pretty sure the pump will cut out if the carbs are full so I shouldn't need a fuel pressure regulator either.
This is the fusebox I've got (yes realise there's quite a few relays missing! haha)

So I would just plug that relay you mentioned into slot 2 and run ignition live to the pump, as well as a ground, and it should be fine?
Any ideas with the 3 wires from the carbs, blue, black and yellow?

you have the ce1 fusebox so as above for wiring and relays

no idea on the carb wires, if i had to guess throttle position sender but i dont see why bike carbs would require them… any pics of what they run to?

After a little research, and like you said, I think it's for the throttle position sensor so I won't be needing it, one less thing to worry about!
