Toad AI606 or 2 circuit immobilizer?

Now the car is all done and I know everything works okay (well most of it) I can't decide whether to install a Toad or an immobilizer.

The car is parked on the drive at night, with security lights covering it and only 10 feet from the bungalow bedroom window (with a steering wheel lock) and in a secure car park during office hours.

I'm wondering how much of  the Toad's functionality I could/would actually use and how easy it would be to install due to the BAM?

Any of you good folks had to ask the same question or got any thoughts?
