Hazards & fusebos issues

Hazards not working

So, I've been having issues with the hazards - I have no hazards but the indicators work fine.  I've done all the usual; fuses #4 and#19, replace switch and relay and checked the blue/black feed - all good!  Today I found an old post, where advice was given to check the feed on the red/white wire on the hazard plug that runs to pin 30 on the red fusebox plug……nothing.  I checked the continuity of the red/white wire from the fusebox to the hazard plug and all good.

So now the issue……the actual pin30  in the fusebox housing is missing☹️..  it must have broken off????…does it mean I need a new fusebox or can I take the feed from an alternative connection on the fusebox?  Does it need to be a permanent 12v feed?

Any advise appreciated…thanks!

The red/white should be on B28(red plug, pin 28). It's in the corner of the plug. Is that the pin that's missing? Is the pin broken off inside the plug? If so it's either new fusebox or you could chop the red/white and connect to one of the P terminals. Make sure you put an inline fuse of 15A as your existing fuse will be redundant.

Yep, it is in the very corner on the red plug……and it is that pin that's missing (although it's not broken off in  the plug).  I was thinking about the P terminals but also thinking if there was an unused, already fused, pin/terminal that would also work so wouldn't have to inline fuse.  Thanks a bunch!
