sill question

Just got some klokkerholm sills and noticed that on the very lowest edge on the sills doesn't sit parallel with the right angle bend above it, are they supposed to be like this? Always thought they were supposed to be parallel, can't get an answer from my own car due to previous owners damaging them with jacks
