Insurance for shows

Can someone help me with this. Want to take my car to a local classic car show. The form says insurance must include off road use and exhibitor use. That isn't written in my policy. Has anyone met this before. If I have to extend the policy it's a no go.

Most classic car insurance covers shows, may be give the insurance company a call to check?
Or if you have normal fully comp insurance not sure if they cover shows?
Never been to a show which insists on show insurance or ever had to show my insurance documents?
