Breather filter issues

So I seen my breather filter has given up the go and started blowing oil out the top and letting water in so I decided to replace it with a Pipercross one but as I removed it I seen that the dimensions are well off. It also looks as if the breather tube has been modified to fit the old filter in. As my engine is a MK2 16v KR  on Webbers I have no use for the original breather pipe. Is there anyone else with the same sort of set up as me that has an alternative to this?
