Wheel troubles

I bought a set of rims last year for my clipper, they are 4 x100 but they don't fit over the centres of the discs and drums. Can the centres be opened out they would only need to be about 5 mm bigger if so does anyone know of someone in West Sussex who might be able to do it. Many thanks

Yes, but its a machine shop job (so long as enough material remains, etc). I'm not from that regional area, is there anything useful in Yellow Pages? I found someone who can lighten a flywheel in my locality that way.
