Speedo Cable

Can anybody help me please, speedo isnt working at the mo and the miles are clicking up, is the cable easy enough to change or is it likely to be something a bit more technical?

Its not too hard to change, but you'll need to (obviously) take apart the instrument cluster surround, to get at one end. The other end is simply bolted (I think you need a long extension to reach it from above, though, and don't make the mistake of dropping the bolt into the gearbox!)

For some strange reason, I had to give mine an almighty tug from above, to get it out the gearbox. And it came out with the cog still attached.
