Missing 4th and 5th Gear? (O20)

Hi,

I Have just fitted a 16V and O2O 5speed box into my Caddy. After connecting the gear linkage i found i could not select 4th and 5th.

To problem find I have now disconnected the linkage from the gearbox and tried to manually select the gears by moving the selector by hand. But still i can not find the missing gears?

I have a spare 5 speed O2O which was last fitted to the Caddy but on further inspection of this gearbox i find i can also not find the same two missing gears. Can anyone shed some light on my situation?
