Got a bit of a problem...

Tooke the car to be tuned up yesterday, left it with them all day type of affair. I got a phone call later in the day to say there was a problem as something had fell off the gearbox which in return wouldnt allow them to change gear.

I can't for the life of me think which part it is I need. Both geard linkages are there small and big, its the part that is actually connected to the gearbox.

I think if memory serves me right its a "P" shaped bracket and the ball piece???

Anyone shed any light?

I tried vagcat but cannot seem to see that catalog no more.

Think you can get these from GSF which is at Trafford Park if you mean the steel rod with the black plastic lug at each end ( set of two I think) cost me about £10.
