Can anyone identify these wheels

Hi, this is my first go at posting a picture so here goes.

Can any body identify the following wheel. I think the manufacturer is MSW as that is stamped on ther also so is the number 1973.
The reason for this is because I have one missing centre cap. So if anyone has the appropriate centre cap, cash awaits…
