Adapter Issue

Hello

Can anyone help me with an adapter issue ? I have 5 x 98 wheels that I wish to adapt to 4 x 100 fitment. Is it a case of using 5 x 100 to 4 x 100 adapters and wobble bolts or are there adapters out that go from 5 x 98 to 4 x 100 ?
