So alittle more cutting unfortunately one panel leads to another ☹️

Floor pan ready for fitting but unfortunately inner sill has gone  so another order for vw heritage 

Panels nearly ready for welding waiting on some weld through primer 

Post man delivery with some bling 

Lots of progress on the shell , floor tac welded in inner sill plug / seam welded , inner quater part sorted. 

Alittle more bling ,new steering rack mounts arrived 

with the  inner being finished , the door fitted absolutely rubbish , uneven gaps/ didn't follow lines or anything  so next part was to sort that. Should make  the  step and outer sill have a good fit  . one hinge was in the wrong place the top one being bent  plus the  actual top frame of the door . Anyway 
Hinges  are tac welded for now until further down the line and I'm completely happy but a lot better for sure 

Not something I was in need off yet but a decent offer  I  just could not say no  

Outer sill fitted few touching ups to do but will go back over once other bits are addressed

So moving on is the bulkhead repairs , absolutely pain/ worse part of the body to do , a lot cutting for access but one  side complete 

Starting stripping the Abf doner lump , so can start order bits in my spare time I have 

Alittle update , more bling /billet parts  , engine component collection 
Quite happy with my all in one oil filter housing 👍

Need to pull my finger out and keep posting away !  Anyway managed to get a  02m gearbox with all the additional lsd etc etc  depending on figures might need to look at new gearset though  Also managed to get  a C&G twin clutch  used but parts can be bought if needed

Finally finished the rear beam off with the triangular setup , ready for shot blasting and powder coating . Seeing the price to have one done I've  saved myself a fortune 😀 

Got some new  stopping power for the front
