Wing mirror glass and manual aerial needed

hi ive a golf gti sportline cabriolet and my drivers side wing mirror glass is broken (outer case is fine), can you just replace the glass and if so how do you do it please and has anyone one for sale?

also im after a bog working aerial (p referably new), its no longer electric now but someone snapped the new manual one off! can you still get these new? if so, if anyone could help me please?
