Hello all (and a small question)

My partner has just been gifted a 1987 Clipper cab (if you're from Hampstead you may have seen it on the road). I won't give too much info as I imagine my partner will use the forum more than me and explain the history but anyway it's the same car that he was taken home from hospital in and has pictures in throughout his first decade! 

I'd love to get him an original Haynes manual to accompany it but all ones I find on eBay are 1999 - is this the first time it was published

Welcome to the club. That's a nice present isn't it??!! 

The manual which a lot of us use is the brown Haynes one but it runs 1974 to 1985. 

I'm not 100% certain if it would cover your model as you don't give engine type in your post but the rest of the mechanicals will be the same (or near as). Don't worry about the book being for hatchbacks, cabbys were the "upgraded" car later on!! 🤣🤣🤣
