Hi from the Isle of wight

Hi, not new to my mk1 golf (owned it 14 years) but new to forums and the club.

The car was off the road for 6 years up until October 2019 where it was pretty badly recommissioned and I'm slowly going through problems the car has had for ages, bad workmanship and others that keep on showing up!

She's a pretty tatty example but I enjoy plodding around the island in her.

It's great to see its being kept alive! Tbh it doesn't seem to be tatty at all.

Thanks for the welcome fausto, pictures do it justice to be honest. It's got primer showing through on roof and tailgate, and I'm not sure what happened to the bonnet plus dents and mismatched paint. But it's an unrestored car, and does polish up OK for its age.

I've done a lot to the underside mind you.
