Pics from Dub Freeze 2008

Hi Guys,

Popped along for the morning as I live so close to it.
Saw some very nice cars in the show and shine and more importantly the car park !!

There was a twin engined Red Mk1 with two 1.8T's in it, it has over 500bhp with room for more !! Barking mad engineering !!
I did notice that the rear gearbox linkage was disconnected, so has it run in anger yet - would like to see a write up on that.

Thanks to the chap in the White MK1 cab for letting me out of the car park, the stupid buggers parked us up so that you could not get out either end !!

Some nice cars today, though no traders for mk1's, unless I was blind I couldnt find scouse  :dontknow:

Great Pic's seen and reconized a few cars but could'nt see anyone! Gammy found your car but did not see you!!!

Danny, I looked around for your cabby, mind you it was pretty rammed in the carparks, what time did you get there? I arrived with the Telford FLF4's at about 9.30am


I might be wrong but I think this cabby is Rollyb from the Horseshoe Pass, checked an old photo but cant pick out the registration but if it is, it now has the cool sunstrip  :y:

No prizes this time  

The Scirocco took 2nd place and the Coraddo took 1st for the stock water cooled and also best in show for the 2nd year running.

The show just gets busier and busier. I din't go last year but other years weren't as hectic as that outside. there were so good busses to look at there too.
