Volkswarenhaus

Hi everyone, im hoping someone can help me. I placed a large order with volkswarenhaus on the 15th of july. Part of my order was delivered after a month, and so i thought fair enough its coming from germany so it must take a while.. and iv been expecting the other parcel to arrive soon after that one because i ordered it all at the same time and then they updated the status to it being shipped a few days after my order.
I expected it all to come together but they are large items being an exhaust and manifold so they maybe had to send in seperate parcels. So the manifold has come but im waiting on the exhaust still.
Iv sent them several emails not only in english but also in dutch and german. They never reply to me which is worrying.  :? The contact number is weird because its a german one so iv no idea how id call it, n even i could get through i cant speak dutch.   Im a bit stuck on what to do, is it normal for it to take this long?? Has anyone bought from them before?

i got rip off from them a few years ago placed order they took payment sent loads of emails still never got the stuff to this day
so just gave up hope you get the rest of your stufff mate…….

How did you pay? Your debit or credit card chargeback scheme should still work, since they're in the EU.

iv had a bad feeling about it.
i payed with visa debit card.. can i get my money back do you think?

Speak to the card company. Obviously, it will be a partial refund you're after…

yeh just the amount for the item i havn't received. Ok thanks, ill give it a shot.
