Day to forget on way for mot

I hate snow and when i booked car in for mot it was glorious sunshine, Lost my sill trim on passenger side and my front spoiler and ripped my handbrake cables out of clips, Tester said it was foolish of me taking a nice old car like this out on a day like this :redfaced: ……………………………………..Good news is she has 12 months MOT :mrgreen:

Its snowing a bit here at the moment, but would never take the Golf out in it!

a mk1 is for life not just for summer! german rust proofing will keep it alive so long as you keep on top of cleanign the salt out of your arches and check for damage to the underseal.

thats the advantage of haing german cars over old ford/jap etc they dont rot before your very eyes

I always used to take mine out in the snow - handled fantastically well!
