Air Intake insulated pipe

Hi does anybody know where i can get the insulated pipe that basically goes from the radiator to the air vent…..
Think it's for the heat in the cabin as it's insulated & i'm losing heat seen as it's getting close to our glorious weather??..any info would be appreciated!!!…..
