Groupama beware

OK, a bad news story.

Bought a new car, three days into ownership and a 4x4 moron sideswipes the offside before driving off (he was caught)

'Phoned the broker, Carolle Nash, OK-this is where you start earning your money, fool.

Two weeks later the insurance company still has not given the good ahead for repairs and no courtesy car etc. The insurance company is called Groupama, so look at your policies because they suck.

They lie 'yes, we have authorised repair' but oh no they haven't, instead they have asked for more photos and refuse to replace the doors-more filler, please!

So, read the small print. Demand from your broker that they place you with a decent insurer who does everything they promise, because around every corner there's an a**hole with a 4X4.
