Electrical issues

Hi, I'm after someone to point me in the direction of which relays are on top of my fusebox. The car is 1982 1.6 GTi with the ceramic fusebox and I'm pretty much sure I've got the wiring in the correct places but unsure what each relay is on top of the fusebox.
There's some wiring coming from the back of one of the spare relay ports too I'm unsure what thats used for too.

I've also got two wires that's been snipped in the engine bay under the washer bottle, one is blue/brown and the other brown which I assume is the earth to what ever it's for, does anyone know what these are?
