02J gearbox codes for 1.8T

Hi,

Looking for recommendations for a 02J box for my 1.8T AGU. 
Currently running the original mk4 Gti box which is fine but would like something with a better ratio particularly for 5th to make motorway speeds more relaxed! I know folk tend to like the diesel ones but didn't know if there's a certain code to look for.
