Garage messing me about!

Hi guys, my '89 GTi cabriolet went into the local garage for an MOT over 3 weeks ago and I've just about reached the end of my patience. It apparently needs a new steering rack which is fine, and I supplied as they couldn't seem to get one (WTH?!). I also asked them to do some super simple things like rocker cover gasket which I supplied etc. Anyway, I don't trust they're going to sort it properly and am looking for recommendations for someone who is going to actually care about my car and sort it. It will need collecting from the garage on a trailer. I'm based nr Dartmouth so someone nearby. Also its my daily driver so needs to be a quick turnaround. Any help/recommendations appreciated!
