-77 Gti 1.6 rough idle and jumpy acceleration

Hi!

Found this car 2years ago from collector and salvaged it.

Over 1000hours of work and I just cant get this runnin good.

Idle is jumpy, not continuous. No matter cold or hot.
Accelerating is VERY jerky (necksnapping jerky) until I hit acceleration pedal seriously, then it runs like new.

What coul be causing this?

Note: I have bypassed the fuelrelay, so car isn't using aav and wur (wur works from emitted heat of the engine). Fuel pump starts from a simple switch. I know well what these apparates do, and I thinks they can be bypassed. After all the engine runs jumpy in every temperature range.

No airleaks, pressures measured.
