Rear Axel brake line carriers

How are these supposed to look and what hardware is needed for them? looks like my original one had some sort of a clip and the other was just brake hose run through it and connected to brake line? Anybody have a pic of what these are supposed to look like? If i'm missing hardware the part numbers of what i'm missing would be helpful too please.
