If money was no object

Hello,
If I was to port and polish my head (on the car), add a Newman road cam, larger throttle body inc porting the inlet manifold, 4,2,1 manifold, performance exhaust and performance air filter etc what sort of gains could I expect?

Would reliability suffer?

Would the bottom end of the engine then need to be modded in line with the top to keep up with the increased bhp. 

Is it all worth it?

With all them set up properly on a healthy engine 130-140bhp

Wouldn't be enough to upset bottom ends
