Dip beam wire colour.

Can someone point me in the right direction. I need to wire in a jumper live from  the main beam to power the inner lamps. Is it the top cable that attaches to the bulb or the side cable. One looks orange and the other looks yellow but to be fair similar in colour.  

Just this and the rear drums to adjust them off to mot. 🤞

You have a white wire, and a yellow wire, White is the High beam that you will pig tail. Your inners will also need a good ground source.
